Please keep in mind that this piece is not a standard industrial product. All Jungle in the City pieces are hand-made with love and due to the nature of the product, each piece has charming irregularities.

The items will be sent by normal Post and can take up to 2 weeks depending on the shipment location. 

Please be aware that you will be asked to pay additional import taxes will be taxed upon receipt of the shipment. The taxes’ amount will depend on the shipment location.

Please review the refund policy on the website. As a summary, please note that we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please keep in mind that the payment of shipping fees as well as any taxes paid for returning the item to us so will be at the client's charge.
